SHIPPING & RETURNS

Please except some delays due to government's policies and regulations under the pandemic. 

ORDER PROCESS

- An SMS/Email notification will be send to you once order is confirmed.

- An SMS/Email notification will be send to you once your order is out for delivery. 

- Please be guided that we don't operate during weekends and holidays. Orders during weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. 

- Orders that came in on or before 8:00am today will be tomorrow. If your order came in after 8:00am on Friday, it will be processed the next business day.

- Indicated item quantity on store may change anytime without notice base on stock availability. 

- Should there be any changes on your order, kindly cancel your order 6 hours from the time it was placed and create a new order with correct details.

 

EXPRESS SHIPPING

- Please take note that shipping fees are automatically calculated by our third party courier base on your location and weight of the item/s ordered.

- Once order has been handed to our third party courier, Hello dolly baby apparel should not be held liable on issues that may occur such as delays or loss of the items.

RETURNS

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in original packaging must still be included. We can only accept returns if it is bellow of the following reason/s;

- Received damage item, wrong size or wrong SKU.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email confirmation, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
